Candace Egan, a professor at Cal State, Fresno, blogged almost daily about her experience at the famed Berkeley/Knight New Media Center multimedia workshop (May 21 – 27, 2006). This is cool because it gives you a very good idea of how the workshop is conducted and what you would learn there. Here are her posts (each one is very brief):

These workshops are free of charge, thanks to the support of the Knight Foundation. More information about these workshops is available on the Berkeley Web site and from the Knight New Media Center.

The next workshop will be held in December 2006. The application deadline is Oct. 27.
